YOUR CHALLENGES
YOU’RE BEING OUTPACED BY THE COMPETITION
It’s hard to make decisions across teams and departments, no one seems to know whose responsibility it is to move things forward and who should be involved.
Deploy effective decision making and ownership frameworks to bring clarity and speed up business processes.
YOUR TEAMS ARE AT ODDS
Departments feel siloed and cross dependencies slow down achieving business goals. There is a lack of shared vision within departments and across the company as a whole.
Achieve your business goals by increasing company and department alignment, goal setting (OKRs), and effective collaboration channels between departments.
IT TAKES FOREVER TO SHIP SOFTWARE
There’s not enough visibility into software project progress, major milestones get missed, and it’s hard to change the direction of the feature once Engineering has started.
Increase productivity, project visibility, and team ownership through Agile training customized to your team and situation.
WORKING REMOTELY IS LESS EFFECTIVE THAN BEING CO-LOCATED
There’s a lack of visibility into remote team members’ work and progress. It’s hard to ensure remote people are included in meetings and decisions. It’s even less effective when working across time zones and cultures.
Remote team collaboration is the new reality. Leverage best practices, tools and techniques to increase effectiveness and productivity.

Owen Adams - Product Executive (Imgur, Fandom)
I've worked very closely with Amber at two companies, both fast moving startups trying to navigate growth and scale. She has a gift for simplifying and improving complex, cross functional processes and getting teams to work effectively together. Regardless of her role or placement in an organization, she naturally emerges as a key partner to the executive team. Amber has orchestrated countless workshops and planning sessions that have contributed to more aligned and efficient teams. She can also go deep into the weeds to make sure critical (and often complex) projects get done. She has been a positive and collaborative presence, and an enormous asset to me and my teams for years.
